Winter comes, my skin gets paler and its time to hide the peachy/corals blushes and take out the brighter pinks and deep berry shades !
So, to start let's talk about the #Hourglass Ambient Lighting blush in "Diffused Heat". We, basically know Hourglass can do NO wrong when it comes to powder products and this particular blush is no exception. This shade is a beautiful vibrant poppy that leans more on the warmer side of the spectrum so it works perfectly on paler and warmer skin tones.
The formula? well, pretty much perfection because it is infused with the diffused Ambient Lighting powder (my personal favorite) so, it gives a beautiful healthy sheen to the cheeks (not a sparkle, not a shimmer just a gorgeous magical sheen).
Next, we have one of my Newest discoveries ... the Tata Harper Voluminous Lip & Cheek tint in "Very Illuminating". From the creamy texture, to the lovely scent and the amazing fresh glow this blush gives to my skin, this range of blushes are a total MUST-HAVE item. This muted pink shade gives such a natural glow to the skin making my cheeks look plumped and hydrated. I will call this blush the "HEALTHY blush" ! because every time I wear this, it makes my whole makeup look fresher and youthful.
Now let's jump into even more luxury! I came across this Dior Blush Cheek Cream one year ago. If you have tried the Maybelline bouncy blushes, this formula is just way better in texture, color pay off and specially blend-ability. Let me just say this particular blush in "Bikini" blends in like a DREAM!. So do not feel intimidated about this bright fuchsia shade because when its applied into the skin it gives the most beautiful pop of color. OH! and it also looks very pretty when its used on the lips too.
Last but not least we have MacCosmetics Powder Blush in "Frankly Scarlet". Again, a bright fuchsia but in a powder form that looks kind of scary and super bright. BUT trust me... this blush gives a beautiful wash of color without being too crazy or dramatic. I saw this in one in action on some of Tania's Burrs youtube videos and its definitely one of my favorites. Its a pretty Unique shade.
